Yoga with Lily Manderville 8-8:30pm (please RSVP)

Lily was first introduced to Yoga 16 years ago during a ballet summer intensive. She continued her alignment based Yoga training with Bay Area teacher Dana Lawton (Loka Yoga Oakland) throughout her undergraduate program at Saint Mary’s College of California. Lily is a Yoga Alliance certified RYT-500 Vinyasa Yoga Teacher with 7 years of teaching experience in the Bay Area. Her specialties include trauma informed Yoga, prenatal Yoga, Yoga for neurodiverse teens, and standup paddle board Yoga. As a teacher, she enjoys learning from her students and their experiences… on and off the mat. Lily brings fun and laughter into her teaching. While keeping students grounded, she loves to create room for play!

For our evening class at Fabletics in Walnut Creek, we will explore beginner friendly poses to help us wind down from a lively day of events. In celebration of International Women’s Day, we will practice goddess pose, hip openers, lengthening backbends, and a short closing meditation.

Power Pieces for the Eclectic Minimalist

What does that evoke for you?

  • Power is an energy, a way of tapping into your courageous and bold inner self. You feel supported and fully expressed.

  • Pieces you choose, each item of self-expression which holds an unspoken yet vividly seen vision of you that shines outward.

  • Eclectic embraces the many facets of you as an individual — you are free to un-box yourself and flow with the feelings of each new day.

  • Minimalist in your approach, you speak with simple statements that resonate with joyful, unique, and uplifting impact.
